Afternoon boaters, announcing our next up and coming event!
This event will also include another opportunity for any type of boat to be ran and included in the "Twin Lap Challenge", an event which proved very successful when piloted earlier this month!

Come along and join in the fun, test your skills and above all enjoy the social aspect of model boating and meeting like-minded members of the club 👍

Even if you don't bring a boat, come down for a natter and a social, we'd love to see you there!

Plenty of fun was had down the lake this morning with the members who attended 👌 Both electric and IC were in attendance and the weather played ball 😎

Our club vessel, 'HMS Kent' has been undergoing some serious maintenance and repair works, courtesy mainly of Bill Andrews taking on the bulk of the workload.

The ship has been stripped down and had wiring repaired, bulkhead reworking done, servos replaced and is in the process of having propshafts and bearings renewed, in readiness for a showing back on the water this summer.

Keep an eye out for further updates and where you will be able to see her in action this year! 😎
