We spend so much time looking for new landlord leads that we sometimes forget about the ones already sitting in the CRM.

Old valuations.
Previous enquiries.
Landlords you spoke to 6 months ago.
Vendors who mentioned they had another property.
Applicants who were also investors.
Landlords who said, “Not just yet…”

When was the last time you actually went back through them?

Your CRM shouldn’t just be somewhere you store information, it should be somewhere you generate business.
