Jaywick Renovation Part 3 - The next stage of the project was to renew the end face of the annex / extension including refurbishing the Tudor style wood panelling. Some of this was rotten & needed filling, other bits were totally replaced. Render repairs also required and repaint or revarnish of the rest... 👍🏻🙂

Jaywick Renovation Part 2 - The rear of the bungalow has been extended upwards with a large dormer. The render required extensive repairs lower down, some of them quite large! Wall insulation had been injected in numerous places too, and these had been repaired with mortar 🫣 I'm proud of the final result achieved on this section of the house!! 😊

A 2 storey Beaulieu Park apartment needed a brighten up and a fresh look in the main family space. A fairly new property meant prep was light but there were some repairs needed and the green took some getting rid of! Another space changed and another happy customer... 👍🏻
