**PLANNING PERMISSION GRANTED**

We are very pleased to announce that after a long planning battle the Planning Inspectorate have now granted us permission for the self build site in Malmesbury to go ahead.

There is still a way to go before we have sites available for sale, including another round of planning to agree the detailed plans, but we are excited to bring this opportunity to Malmesbury.
