So I was hesitant to drop this here…
- It’s not the most aesthetically pleasing post
- It’s pretty open and really shows a piece of me
- It may not make any sense to people
- All of the above relate to one thing = ⚠️FEAR⚠️

But you’ve got to ask yourself how much of your life are you willing to not live due to giving into fear? Fear is amazing, it shows growth, it shows stepping out of comfort zones and it shows the strength in you✨

This was written last week when I took part in the incredible The Runway to £100k Virtual Live Event, and like all of Izabella’s events that I have taken part in, I got so so much out of it🙏🏼

But this one felt different, the breakthroughs were astonishing, the 15+ A4 pages of notes are just gold dust and this message I wrote for myself had no thought behind it what so ever. All the task was, was to write your intention, so I took pen to paper and this happened.
I felt liberated 👑
I felt empowered 👑
I didn’t think 💭
I didn’t judge myself 👑
I just wrote and it flowed through me 👑

Allow yourself the space to just be and amazing things will come, truth will flow, trust in the powers that are above us 🙏🏼

BEFORE & AFTER 🛠
Who doesn’t love a good before and after?!

This modern 2 bed terrace is now complete and ready for the lovely tenants to move in on Friday 🥂

This property is the one that half way through had a huge whole in the floor! Yes that’s right 😅
But if course we managed to turn it around ✅
If you haven’t seen that video have a scroll back and take a look!

What cosmetic refurb was done to this property …
✨ New flooring throughout
✨ Fully repainted
✨ New bathroom but not new tiles (can you believe it!)
✨ New blinds in most rooms
✨ Partial new tiling in the kitchen

A few tips and tricks we definitely used for this refurb…
➡️ Tile paint can be your best friend!
➡️ A new kitchen isn’t always needed, new modernised tiles, new flooring and a repaint can make all the difference it needs

 There comes times in your life where you have to make sacrifices, short term sacrifice for a long term goal💫

Interestingly enough unlike most people during this crazy time it wasn't covid that caused me and Shay to postpone our wedding it was in fact property!🏡
We decided trying to plan a wedding and sell our first home in the same 18-24 months wasn't something we wanted to do, so we put the wedding on pause and focused on the house🥰

That decision brought so many lessons and blessings to say the least! This was really the beginning of my personal property journey, Shay had been involved in property himself but I just cheered on the sidelines (no pun intended). But this time I took the reins and decided I would be the one to get us through this sticky patch🙌🏼

The house had been on the market with multiple agents and just wasn't selling for many reasons, I really think its easy to sit back and expect people to do their jobs but actually not take full responsibility yourself as to why something may not be happening🤷‍♀️

So we pulled it off both agents and decided we would rent it out ourselves, very much our plan B option and not our preferable option but we had to deal with the cards we were being dealt.

I had never done a viewing at this point in my life being "the agent" rather than the viewer and with it being my own house it was very strange.

So the house went on the market to rent and we were swarmed with interest! The night before the viewings started we went over to give it a clean and check everything was ok and whilst we were there someone walked up the path 9pm in the evening, they were so excited they managed to bump into us after many times driving to the property and us not being there, what do you think happened next .....
