July 2021 was a month to remember with a hard fought English football campaign in Euro 2020, the raising of most Covid restrictions and the hopeful gradual return to normality.
It is also the month that Russ Worthington and Nick Mullins formally launched their new company – Axis-RE.
Axis-RE brings together two individuals with complementing skill-sets, wide-ranging experiences with a shared passion, drive and determination to make a long-lasting and positive contribution to the real estate sector.
Working with established clients, investors, partners, agents and advisors Axis-RE has already hit the ground running with several development-led projects in the north-west across a mix of sectors in commercial, residential and the hospitality sectors.
The focus of the company is to work in partnership to invest, asset manage and develop high quality, sustainable real estate that contributes to local economies and communities and evolving ESG requirements. Russ and Nick have always believed in developing long-term relationships with partners that have shared values and ambitions and this will remain a core principle of Axis-RE.
