We are pleased to announce our 5th exchange with Persimmon Homes. This strategic partnership has provided 132 much needed affordable homes across the UK with more in the pipeline.

The scheme is situated in Littleport, Cambridgeshire and comprises of 25 homes, 19 of which will be affordable rent and 6 units will be delivered on a shared ownership basis.

Littleport is a large village in the heart of the Cambridgeshire countryside. It’s just a few miles north of the historic cathedral city of Ely.

We’re excited to announce the completion of our latest major investment, delivering 169 units of much needed supported housing across 11 local authority areas throughout England.

With an average weekly rent of just £138.49, hundreds of vulnerable members of the community will now have access to affordable and sustainable accommodation.

All homes will be delivered with a minimum EPC score of C within the next 12 months. This transaction brings us closer to achieving Project 2000 – our goal of delivering 2000 affordable homes in the space of a year, and ultimately to alleviate homelessness across the UK.

When something hits Manchester, our first response is how can we help? Our hearts go out to everyone who has been affected by Storm Christophe and the floods across Manchester. We've seen evacuations, floods, ruined homes and scared families.
We'll be providing temporary housing and food parcels for anyone in need during this time.

At HSPG we know that everyone deserves a safe place to call home. Our most recent completion of 174 new apartments across 8 cities in the UK takes us one step closer to fulfilling that vision. We know this can be a reality for so many more vulnerable people in our communities.

These homes will provide specialist supported housing for the homeless families and women who have suffered from domestic violence, giving them the fresh start and support they deserve.
All properties are located close to town centres offering great amenities and support services for our tenants.

It's and this year more than ever we want to remind you that you're not alone and fill you with a little HSPG positivity!

So keep your heads up and keep going, lockdown won't be forever!It's and this year more than ever we want to remind you that you're not alone and fill you with a little positivity!

If our HSPG Pups on Friday weren’t enough to cheer you up, here’s our 5 top tips on powering through !

1) Keep active - get outside and get some fresh air, even for 5-10 mins!
2) Call one of your friends or family members - they need you as much as you need them.
3) Create work-life boundaries and stick to them - just because you’ve been working at your dinner table all day, doesn’t mean you have to answer emails whilst you’re eating dinner.
4) Follow social media accounts that inspire and fill you with positivity, instead of self doubt and comparisons.
5) It’s okay to ask for help if you’re struggling - we’re all in the same boat.

So keep your heads up and keep going, lockdown won't be forever.. and neither is ... see you on Tuesday!

2020 altered the way we worked, planned and grew. With change, came opportunity, and as we reflect on the past year, we appreciate just how far we have come.
In a year where divisions were possible, our relationships were rooted even deeper.

We are always grateful for the support of our partners and community. Join us as we reflect upon our achievements and milestones of 2020 because, without you, we wouldn't have been able to achieve all of this!
