I'm thrilled to announce that the planning for 175 room Mama Shelter Liverpool has just been approved and smoothly sailed through the committee. 🏗️
I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the Liverpool City Council and the Liverpool Planning Department for their outstanding work. 🙏 This was indeed a complex application, and everyone's dedication brought us to this remarkable milestone.
Kudos to the entire design team and all the consultants who collaborated with us on this incredible journey. 🙌 Your hard work and expertise have played a pivotal role in bringing Mama Shelter Liverpool to this fantastic place. 🎉

I had a great meeting today with the Liverpool City Council's planning officers , heritage,urban design and regeneration team. It was incredibly refreshing to see their proactive approach in addressing planning issues in our city.

During our walk around the George Henry's building, we engaged in fruitful discussions and collaborated to find solutions. It's truly inspiring to witness a team that genuinely cares about the development and revitalisation of our community.

As an interested party, I am excited about the alliance we are forming and eagerly anticipate a positive result in the near future. Together, we can create a cityscape that fosters growtl.

Just wanted to share my excitement and pride as a Scouser. I am thrilled that I have been able to purchase the George Henry Lee building for millions of pounds and secured £25m for its construction. This is a massive achievement !

I can't express enough how much I love this city. The vibrant culture, the passionate people, and now, with projects like Mama Shelter showing their love for Liverpool, it's only getting better. Let's continue to celebrate and support the growth of our incredible city!
