If you want your house to hit the market before Christmas then here are four tips to get a quick sale:
🎄 Price realistically:
Over-ambitious pricing could put potential buyers off. If you place the property at a competitive price, you may get buyers competing which often results in bigger offers.
🎄 Picture Perfection:
Instruct your Estate Agent before putting up your Christmas decorations otherwise your pictures could look dated very quickly if your house doesn’t sell before the end of the holidays.
🎄 Deck the halls with restraint:
Don’t go overboard with your Christmas decorations because they can make your house look tacky. Too many decorations can detract from the property itself- keep things simple and classy.
🎄 Conduct Viewings in Daylight:
Try to arrange viewings for during the day. If you arrange a viewing after work at 6pm, you won’t get the true experience of the property and buyers may want a second viewing before offering.
