Combining years of experience, local knowledge, and an unrivalled passion for well-designed homes, our team of experts carefully curate a portfolio of Manchester & Cheshire’s most sought-after properties.

We asked our founder Spencer, a couple of questions.

Why design-led homes?
Since being young, I have had a growing passion for design and architecture. My dad was a talented carpenter and spent 4 years piecing together our family home under my mums supervision. Ever since, I have come to appreciate how much time and effort truly goes into making a house a home; I believe our spaces are an expression of who we are.

Why you started Böhm?
Originally, I had ambitions of becoming an architect but when I was 18, I started my apprenticeship at a local estate agents and have never looked back. Being in the industry for a long time, I noticed that estate agents battle for market share and are often regarded as suspicious or untrustworthy. I felt there was a growing supply of design-led homes but no agencies allocating the marketing budget to really showcase the value of the space. I wanted to provide an alternative agency that celebrated the home, as well as provide an end-to-end service built on trust.
