Some of you might have noticed we have had a name change to our business, we wanted to explain why
Short story:
We are doing well and have expanded, we wanted to do sister company names for a newer business concept, basically we are back to serve customers even better
Long story:
Back in 2019 we took on a project doing new build houses which we loved doing, the down side was covid 19 struck and we ended up having a long break from domestic work due to the rules of not going in houses then we can but then not again, it was all just to much and we just carried on with our own project, BUT in the background we also was looking into ways we can make our services better and thatâs how we are back here now, new name, bigger company and lots more to offer.

All trades in one company (we are basically a construction group that you can use for everything and we will deal with everything like landscaping, drains, painting, extensions, plastering and lots more)

Itemised builders Quote (we can come and quote your job so you know what price range to be looking at, that way you can put the quote next to other quotes and see a good genuine comparison, and a very itemised quote so you can understand what is going on and why)
Snagging for a rental property (we can come and do a full snag report for your needs to get your house at a rental standard)
Snagging for new build properties ( all of snagging companies will come in to your new house and make a daft long list of snags for things that the site managers will not even entertain, why tarnish your new house this way so you donât enjoy it fully after? We come and do a genuine snag report for things that actually need sorting giving you peace of mind)
Builders report for older properties ( maybe you have owned your house for a while, just buying or bought a new to you house, we can come and do a genuine report for things that need doing before they get worse, for example âThe flashing needs checking around the chimneyâ if itâs slightly moved our drone will see this and show you in the report with anything else we find)
