'MCR Move have been absolutely fantastic. Arranging a viewing was really quick and easy, and all the tenancy application and agreement paperwork were managed electronically which again is easy and speeds up the process. Especially as I was in London on placement at the time. Affordable security deposit of £200 pp. There are fully explained yet simple move-in and move-out procedures, and we were always notified of any inspections, viewings and we were also given some advice for how to keep the property safe and secure when its vacant during periods such as Christmas etc. Any maintenance or repair requests, big or small, were dealt with efficiently, which with other student properties/letting agents in particular has been an arduous process from previous experience! James has been brilliant and is a credit to MCR Move.'
