Summer with Manchester Life ☀️
It’s been a good summer across our Ancoats communities. Here are a few of the highlights our residents have been enjoying, with a little help from our Placemaker Mcr Life Placemaker keeping the calendar busy.
🐾 Throughout August, our Thursday dog walking club got residents and their pups out around Ancoats – meeting new faces and making the most of the long summer evenings.
🥋 Residents kept moving with fitness classes, including martial arts with .
☕ We welcomed our newest Jersey Wharf residents with a Placemaker morning of fresh coffee, pastries, iced drinks and fruit – and, more importantly, a chance to meet their new neighbours.
🏓 Deck chairs and table tennis arrived at Smith’s Yard, giving residents another reason to make the most of their outdoor spaces.
💙 Our resident discount scheme has grown to nearly 30 neighbourhood businesses, with offers across food, fitness, beauty, pottery, clothing, cleaning services and more.
🔧 We welcomed Jason to the maintenance team, helping to keep our communities looking and feeling their best.
