Help us make service charge information clearer, simpler and more useful.💫

We’re inviting residents to join our new Service Charge Improvement Group, where you’ll have the opportunity to review how we explain service charge costs, share feedback on our website content and help us develop clearer guides and resources for residents.

The group will focus on improving our communications and will not discuss individual service charge queries or disputes.
