An exclusive first look at Crown View 👀

As we get closer to completion, here's an early peek inside. You'll see a first glimpse of the residents lounge and inside the apartments themselves, showing off the open-plan design and the huge picture-frame windows.

Crown view sits 37 storeys above Red Bank, with incredible views of Irk Valley on one side and the Manchester skyline on the other.

So why is Red Bank, called Red Bank? 🧐

The clue's in the ground beneath it. The name comes from a steep bank of red sandstone rising along the River Irk, this was the area's defining feature long before any of us showed up.

For centuries, that sandstone was quarried and built into some of Manchester's most important landmarks: the Roman fort at Castlefield, and the original Collegiate Church that would one day become Manchester Cathedral.

So you could say, much of the City's great history originated in Red Bank. The neighbourhood has been shaping Manchester from the ground up for a very long time... we're just the latest chapter.

The ultimate home gym 🏋️

Does your home gym have a squat rack, bench, cable machine, spin bike, treadmill and even a stair master? Park View, in Red Bank, has the full setup, minus the membership and the commute.

Three minutes from your front door and no spare room sacrificed. Just everything you'd put in your dream home gym, already downstairs and waiting.

A neighbourhood isn't a collection of buildings. It's also everything in between them 🌿

The green spaces. The walkways. The spaces and routes that encourage you and your neighbours to cross paths. At Red Bank, that connective tissue is designed as deliberately as the homes themselves, threading each micro-community into a single neighbourhood, and that neighbourhood into the wider city around it.
