Hello! Remember us?😂 it’s been a ✨process✨ to say the least securing this property but we got there in the end! Project number 1, the first flip. This property hasn’t been touched for over 40 years so requires a full rip out, reconfiguration and redesign, as well as some exterior and structural work.
