Studio Space Manchester Studio spaces available for creatives: easy-come, easy-go contracts! Bexley Chambers is a stunning converted 1928-brewery HQ overlooking a tree-lined courtyard.

We’re based on the corner of Chapel Street, Manchester — only 2-minute walk from Salford Central train station, and a 5-minute walk from the city centre . The 3rd floor is home to the Manchester MIDI School (www.midischool.com). Established in 1997, the Midi School has been providing cutting edge training for the industry’s future sound engineers, DJs and producers, with courses aimed at novices a

nd professionals alike. The 2nd floor is a booming creative industries community of music artists and producers. POB Audio also resides on this floor, providing a high quality, affordable mastering service. “With over 27 years of experience in the audio industry, I offer attended or unattended mastering using quality conversion and monitors in an environment that I know intimately. I use customised tube and solid state analogue hardware built with the finest components, with unique sonic qualities that you will not find anywhere else.”

The west wing of Bexley Chambers is occupied by Pure Music Manufacturing. Established in 1992 as a vinyl mastering and manufacturing company, Pure Music offer CD and DVD manufacturing services. They have worked with multi-platinum award winning artists, international corporations, and public sector organisations.

Great news!

After 6 months of development and planning we have competed the renovation of another commercial studio building.

Staying in Bexley Square, in fact right next door to building One! We have enquired a baby brother site and developed 14 large studios. Fully finished to a very high standard, they look fantastic.

With an extra 60sm ground floor unit available for a variety of industries.

After servicing the waiting list we are now open for new enquires for the final Two studios. Studio 12 > £475 & Studio 13 > £425.
PM for viewings. Tuesdays & Thursdays.

Available 14th August 2021.
Contracts available 1 year - 7 years.
