Cole Waterhouse is pleased to see Trafford Wharf shortlisted for the UK Planning Awards in the mixed-use category.

Set along the waterfront in Greater Manchester, the scheme has been designed as a well-integrated neighbourhood, delivering 382 Build to Rent homes across two towers, alongside purpose-built student accommodation and associated academic space. A network of landscaped courtyards, rooftop gardens, and shared spaces helps bring these uses together, creating a connected and active environment.

Being shortlisted reflects the strength of the vision for Trafford Wharf and its contribution to one of the region’s key regeneration areas.

Cole Waterhouse are pleased to share the exciting progress of the first phase of our Upper Trinity Street scheme in Digbeth, Birmingham.

Caddick are now nine months into the build programme – and the impressive results are clear to see.

This transformational project for the Digbeth area is contributing to the regeneration of Digbeth into a vibrant, connected destination. Our thanks to everyone involved for their continued hard work on the project.

The scheme is funded in a partnership between the Housing Growth Partnerhip, Ta**us Investment Holdings & the West Midlands Combined Authority with the senior development loan being provided by BentallGreenOak.

On Friday, the Cole Waterhouse team & friends took part in a charity football tournament hosted by . It was a really enjoyable day supporting such a good cause and we were pleased to come away as tournament winners! Most importantly, the event helped raised over £15,000 for The Christie, supporting the vital work they do every day. A huge thank you to everyone who played, donated and helped organise such a successful event. ⚽💛

A huge well done to our Managing Director, Simon, who took on the challenge of the London Marathon this weekend! He completed the 26.2 mile run in an impressive time and raised an incredible £2,421 for Great Ormond Street Hospital. An amazing achievement for a truly worthy cause! A big thank you to everyone who donated and showed their support. 👏🎉

Last week we enjoyed a ground breaking ceremony, with our golden shovel, at Upper Trinity Street in Digbeth, Birmingham to mark beginning Phase 1 of the development with Caddick Construction . In a joint venture with Ta**us Investment Holdings and Housing Growth Partnership, the progress on site marks a significant milestone in the regeneration of the area, supported by our senior debt provider BGO and the West Midlands Combined Authority . Thank you to everyone involved for their hard work and collaboration in getting us to this significant moment.

Cole Waterhouse and Ta**us UK have agreed a £60 million Joint Venture with the Housing Growth Partnership and real estate lender BGO to bring forward the first phase of their Upper Trinity Street residential development (UTS) in Digbeth, Birmingham, with Caddick being appointed as main contractor.

Comprising of three Build to Rent properties, phase one will deliver 211 new homes to an under-developed part of Birmingham.
