It's amazing at the amount of new developments, just one part of Manchester City Centre now offers.

All taken within and I counted 12 new developments with more due in the coming months.

It was great to capture some of the old with the new and also the Castlefield history detailed around the area.

Another successful move to UK 😀

It was a pleasure helping Stefanie with her international relocation from the US.

With a detailed wish list that included a good sized detached property which allows 3 dogs, we were able to secure the right property quickly, with her offer accepted and the house taken off the market within hours.

From there, we stayed closely involved to help everything move forward smoothly, including assisting with utilities so she could settle in without added stress.

Relocating internationally comes with a lot to think about, so it’s always rewarding to hear that the property search felt like the easiest part of the move.

🔑 2 new tenants have moved into our latest development completed in Chester.

🏡 Progressed the sale fora US client we are acting for on their purchase of their new home in the UK.
