🏗️ After developing more than 500 residential properties since 2009 across the North West, The Mistoria Group is moving into an exciting new chapter: building from the ground up.

Our latest project in Salford is a real milestone for us — the first development we've built entirely from the ground up, rather than converting an existing property.

It's a big step, but it's built on everything we've learned since 2009 managing homes, tenants and HMOs across Salford, Manchester, Liverpool and Bolton — what works, what tenants actually want, and where the real opportunities are.

We've also acquired 12 new-build units at Willow Court in Salford, further growing our exposure to quality new residential property in the area.

Looking ahead, we're focusing more on: 🏗️ Ground-up development 📍 Land and new-build opportunities 🏢 Strategic acquisitions 🏠 Alternative shared-living models, including two-bed house shares where the demand is right

Sarah has been recognised for her continued hard work, dedication and fantastic team spirit. She consistently goes above and beyond to support the wider business and her colleagues.

She has played a key role in supporting our new Branch Manager at Mistoria House Share Liverpool, helping with the business handover, sharing her knowledge and providing invaluable support with occupancies.

Alongside this, Sarah has done a fantastic job managing the Durham properties, ensuring everything is handled efficiently, while also providing valuable support to the Bolton branch whenever needed.

Sarah is always willing to step in, take responsibility and help wherever she can. She is a brilliant example of a true team player, and her commitment and willingness to go the extra mile have made a real difference across the business. 🌟

⚽ A great way to start the new football season in Bolton!

A big thank you to Bolton Wanderers Football Club and Ben Lawton for the invitation for the opening game of the season against Preston North End

Even better to see Bolton start the campaign with a 2–1 win! 👏⚽

We enjoyed the atmosphere at the Stadium and spending time with people who share a genuine passion for and the wider community.

For me, our connection with Bolton goes well beyond business.

Mistoria Estate Agents has a growing presence in Bolton, and as we continue to expand locally, I believe it is equally important that we contribute to the community around us.

Through the Mistoria Group Foundation, we are already proud to support two fantastic Bolton-based charities — speedofsight charity and BOLTON LADS'​ AND GIRLS'​ CLUB — organisations doing valuable work and making a real difference to people’s lives.

As our businesses grow in Bolton, we would like our community involvement to grow alongside them.

That means supporting local charities, building relationships with local organisations and businesses, attending and supporting local events, and looking for new ways in which and our team can make a positive contribution to the town.

Business growth and community involvement should go hand in hand. If we are going to be part of Bolton’s future, we should also play our part in supporting its community.

On Monday at Three Sisters Race Circuit, 30 Champions were able to grip the steering wheel and put their foot down, regardless of the barriers they usually face.

This was the fifth track day Mistoria Group / Mistoria Foundation has sponsored for Speed of Sight — giving disabled and visually impaired drivers the chance to take part in a life changing driving experience.

For five years, we have supported these moments with Speed of Sight - the nerves, the drive, the excitement and the speed.

On behalf of Mistoria Group / Mistoria Foundation, thank you to the amazing Speed of Sight volunteers who allowed a safe experience for every Champion who took to the track yesterday - it’s easy to see why this partnership has lasted five years.

Yesterday, the Mistoria Group team was incredibly proud to sponsor and attend the Speed of Sight Charity driving experience at Three Sisters Circuit.

It was an inspiring day, giving people with life-limiting disabilities the opportunity to enjoy the thrill of driving in a safe and supportive environment. Seeing the smiles, determination and excitement on everyone’s faces was truly unforgettable.

We’re honoured to support such an incredible charity and the amazing work they do to make experiences like this possible. A huge thank you to all the volunteers, organisers and participants for making it such a special day.
