We specialise in sourcing residential property for clients using our ‘Armchair Investor Service’ where we manage all aspects of a purchase for our clients (except giving any financial advice as we are not regulated by the FSA). We find suitable properties, manage any repairs or improvements and ensure

that the properties are let. We tailor the property sourcing specifically to suit client requirements and work with new or experienced landlords to help them build their property portfolio. We pride ourselves on a high level of service and like to create long term relationships with our clients. Property Fit has been sourcing investment properties for clients since 2004. Property Fit are equipped with both a maintenance and lettings arm of the business, ensuring a reliable all-in-one service to clients. Our sourcing service focuses on sourcing single tenancy property, multi-let property, We aim to get the maximum return for our investors and only source UK residential property. Our clients are based both in the UK and abroad. We are happy to work with foreign investors and can tailor our updates and communication to meet the needs of clients in different time-zones. Our overseas investors have been located in locations such as Hong Kong, China and New Zealand. We are happy to arrange a one off free consultation face to face or via telephone/Zoom/Facetime/WhatsApp/WeChat. Property Fit is registered with Property Redress Scheme (PRS) and operate within their guidelines.
