Have you spotted the new artwork decorating Glasshouse at Alderley Park? 🦢

Alderley Park has a rich history to share, and we wanted to put that heritage directly on display. With our campus set within 400 acres of beautiful woodland and home to a vibrant community of innovators, it was only fitting for the mural to reflect the natural world around us.

The centerpiece features our iconic pair of Mute Swans, celebrating their fourth consecutive year of successfully nesting right here on site.

"Public art really signals that this place is somewhere with a real identity and a sense of purpose," says Chief Operating Officer Ciara Keeling.

A huge thank you to the remarkable street artist Megan Russel (Peachzz) for bringing this vision to life and creating a striking new landmark that celebrates our history.

We invited our colleagues across the business to Albert Hall to celebrate our 50th anniversary. 🎉

During the event, we heard from several people across the business who discussed the journey both them and Bruntwood have been on. The ups, the downs and the exciting future ahead. There were more than 300 years of bruntwood experience on the stage, alongside colleagues bringing a newer perspective and ideas.

We also took the opportunity to relaunch our colleague values to better align our culture as we move forward.

It was a wonderful evening bringing the business together to celebrate our history, the successes along the way, and to launch the next chapter. Live music, dancing, food and drinks in one of the most iconic spots in Manchester.

Here's to 50 years of creating thriving towns and cities.

Celebrating ONE YEAR of Birmingham Health Innovation Campus 🎉

It's been 12 months since we officially opened the doors to No.1 BHIC and formed our joint venture with the University of Birmingham, and what a year it has been for the West Midlands life sciences sector 🤝

✅ Start-ups in our makerspace are rapidly prototyping the medical devices of tomorrow.
✅ The launch of dedicated commercial cleanrooms, enabling the development of next-gen cancer treatments and mRNA vaccines.
✅ Our anchor tenant, the Precision Health Technologies Accelerator (PHTA Ltd), is now a hive of activity, bridging the gap between University of Birmingham’s research and commercial success.
✅ The establishment of the new Centre for Anatomy Skills, providing world-class facilities for hands-on surgical training and cutting-edge medical research.

The momentum is only building as the rate of breakthroughs continues to accelerate.

☀️ Last week, we were honored to welcome the Lord Mayor of Liverpool, Councillor Barbara Murray, to St Paul's Square to kick off the Mersey Makers Market.

It was incredible to see the local community transform square for the second year running. The day was a true celebration of the creativity and craftsmanship our city has to offer, and a fantastic opportunity to support Liverpool’s talented makers.

Between the indoor and outdoor activations, delicious food vendors, and the glorious sunshine, it was the perfect setting for our customers and visitors to relax and connect. ✨
