Supporting Security Plus Ltd’s expansion in Uttoxeter with a detailed Schedule of Condition
CBC recently completed a Schedule of Condition for Security Plus Ltd at their new regional fleet centre in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, taken to support the expansion of their operations in the area.
This additional premises plays a key role in managing and maintaining their 300+ strong fleet of security vans, which form part of Security Plus Ltd’s nationwide secure cash and valuables logistics network serving banks, retailers, and businesses across the UK.
It was a really interesting site visit, giving our surveyors valuable insight into the operational demands of a busy, high-security fleet facility.
As always, our goal was to protect the tenant’s position, producing a comprehensive photographic and written record of the property’s condition prior to occupation. This provides Security Plus Ltd with full protection against potential lease-end disputes or dilapidations claims.
