You must have all the relevant legal insurances and registrations.

1. Register your business with HMRC (Make sure to seek the right advice from a regulated financial tax advisor).

You’re registering your business with HMRC so that they know that you’re trading and any income income will be taxable.

If you decide to register as a Limited Company, you'll also have to register with Companies House.

2. Register with a Redress/ Ombudsman Scheme. (I'm personally registered with the Property Redress Scheme).

A property redress/ombudsman scheme handles formal complaints made against your practices whilst trading property.

Professional indemnity insurance covers legal costs and expenses incurred in your defence, as well as any damages or costs that may be awarded, if your are alleged to have provided inadequate advice, services or designs that cause your client to lose money.

Public Liability Insurance will cover you and your business for any inconvience you may cause a customer, such as through damage or loss of goods and damage to their property while work is being carried out.

As much as a logo is necessary for brand recognition and growth, I believe it's just as important to have a face to your company whether you're selling lemonade or working with investors.

Our names:
Mohamed Jeylani - on the left.
Hassan Alsaeid - on the right.

We took the leap to work in property exactly a year ago today when we made the decision to invest in our education with Legacy EA. It hasn't been easy to say the least but the experience has been very rewarding.

Our mission is to provide the most efficient and best possible quality service sourcing properties to investors, providing 'homes' to tenants and easing the task of distressed landlords - benefiting all those we come across to the best of our abilities.

If you have any enquires about the services we provide, please don't hesitate to ask and we will try our best to get to you as soon as we can.

The best way in my eyes to generate engagement is purely by being transparent about what I do and simply investing a little bit of money in ads.

In the post below, I show you the outcome of investing £10 in running ads for a week but with a really specific and targeted niche.

If you have any questions about what we do, feel free to drop me us message or message me directly on my personal account Mohamed Jeylani.
