I wanted to share a little update here at Nicholas & Holly

Late Tuesday night Holly welcomed our beautiful baby boy into the world. It’s been an emotional and unexpected week, as our little one arrived almost two months early due to Holly becoming quite unwell.

Both Holly and baby needed specialist care, and Holly was transferred to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge on Wednesday morning, with our son being moved on Thursday.

We’re so pleased to say that after a week, both mummy and baby are doing well and continue to receive the incredible care they need.

We kindly ask you to bear with us when contacting the office or awaiting replies, your patience and understanding truly mean the world right now.

We’ll share another update as soon as we can. Thank you all so much for your support 💙

👉 Manningtree is often called the smallest town in England.

Despite having a population of only around 1,000 people (give or take), it officially holds town status! Tiny but mighty.

It sits right on the edge of the beautiful River Stour estuary, so you’ve got this oddly perfect combo of “blink-and-you’ll-miss-it town” energy with surprisingly scenic waterfront views.

Basically: small enough to walk across in minutes, fancy enough to still call itself a town. Gotta respect the confidence.
