A Personal Update from Nicholas & Holly
As a small, family-run business, we’ve always believed in treating our clients like family. That’s why we want to share some incredibly personal news about what’s been happening behind the scenes over the last few weeks.
As many of you know, Holly and I recently welcomed our second son into the world, much earlier than expected.
What many may not know is that it has been an incredibly traumatic time. Both Holly and our baby boy became very unwell, and both unfortunately had to be placed in induced comas for a number of weeks.
Being a small business, Holly isn't just my wife and the heart of our family, she is the other half of this agency.
I am incredibly relieved and deeply grateful to tell you all that both Holly and our baby are now back home and recovering well. However, as you can imagine, this has put an immense amount of pressure on us both personally and as a small company.
For me, the past four weeks have been a profound reminder of what really matters in life.
Because of this, our posts here might be a little less frequent over the coming weeks and months as we purposely slow things down to focus on recovery and family. We are still here, but family must come first right now.
We kindly ask that you please bear with us during this transition. To our clients, friends, and local community, thank you so much for your ongoing understanding, patience, and support. It means the world to us.
