Customer had a letter from Anglian water telling them they had a leak the supply runs under front door and rises up under kitchen unit , after leak detection leak under property customers where really upset expecting the worse with internal excavations, I’ve looked at the situation and managed to reroute pipe from front door and internally bypassed leak for customers, job was sorted and customers where over the moon with my work , putting yourself in other peoples position through thought and care is what makes the difference not only from the outcome of the job but people’s feelings , not always bout people having a leak but also learning to adapt to people’s emotions ❤️

Last few days I’ve met some lovely customers the work as been sheer hard and difficult due to weather conditions but we never give up 👷👊 can’t thank my customers enough for using my business today customer has had a Burger King ordered to the job 🤣 unbelievable and was really grateful, he even held a umbrella over me while digging 🤣🤣 , drove away from the jobs happy and grateful for what I have right now , easy to get lost wondering what we don’t have when really we should be grateful for what we have ❤️ buisness isn’t easy but going forward is shown me if you want it enough it’s there for the taking , another hot week ahead , thanks again to all my customers for the patience and giving when times are hard means the world thank you ❤️
