I had the incredible opportunity to present to the board at the Developers Club, and I wanted to share a bit of my journey with all of you!

Starting as a coal mining electrician, I never imagined my path would lead me to the world of property development. Living with my mum and dad, I took my first steps into the property market, investing wisely and learning as I went along. Over the years, my passion for real estate grew, and I transitioned from residential projects to commercial developments and new builds.

Now, I’m proud to say that I not only develop properties but also own my own estate agency! It’s been quite a journey of hard work, learning, and determination, and I’m thrilled to have the chance to share my experiences with fellow developers.

🏢🔒 Ever tried to move a safe from an old building? It’s a challenge like no other! These heavy relics can be total nightmares to relocate.

I’ve had my share of struggles, and believe me, sometimes the only option is to break them down. 🪚 Using a Stihl saw, I’ve chopped a few up just to get them out of tight spots. It’s not glamorous, but sometimes you have to do what you have to do!
