Before & After Commercial Premises Transformation

These before and after photos show the transformation of an overgrown and unused external area at this commercial property.

The client had recently moved into their new premises and wanted the outside space improving to create a cleaner, smarter, and more professional first impression for staff and visitors. Having previously completed work for this business, they trusted Rosebrick Developments to deliver exactly what they were looking for once again.

The existing area was heavily overgrown and lacked any real functionality or kerb appeal. Our works included clearing the site, cutting back vegetation, installing new fencing, and creating a brand-new block paved area to completely transform the front entrance space.

Nothing overly complicated or extravagant, but sometimes simple improvements can make the biggest impact. The finished result has dramatically improved the appearance of the commercial building and created a much cleaner, tidier, and more welcoming environment.

A stunning single-storey extension designed completely around the client’s vision and lifestyle 👌

This project had a unique style from the very beginning, and we worked closely with the client to turn their ideas into reality 🤯

The large bi-fold doors alongside the beautiful sky lantern allow natural light to flood the space, creating a bright, open and relaxing environment 🌤️

The client wanted this new area to become their retirement room, somewhere peaceful, comfortable and perfect for enjoying later life ❤️

This project started with the client sending us a quick idea of what they wanted…
To extend the existing garage and create a stunning indoor garden room alongside a functional workshop within the existing garage space🔨

From the design stage right through to completion, we managed the full process and brought their vision to life with a seamless transformation 👌

The vaulted ceilings, rooflights and natural light completely changed the feel of the space 🤯

✨ BEFORE & AFTER ✨

A beautiful curved porcelain patio transformation👌🔥

The client wanted to keep the existing tree in situ 🌳 so we carefully designed the whole patio around it creating a feature that blends perfectly into the space rather than removing it.

The finished result gives this garden a clean luxury feel while still keeping its natural character 🤯
