Experience Stress-Free Holidays with the Healing Power of North Wales Forests

Dr. Li's recent immunology report highlights the incredible benefits of breathing in forest environments, especially for boosting immune function and reducing stress. The report emphasizes that natural mosses found in North Wales play a vital role in filtering and purifying the air we breathe, creating an ideal setting for relaxation and health renewal.

North Wales’ Natural Mosses and Fresh Air

The ancient mosses thriving in North Wales forests act as natural bio-filters, capturing pollutants and releasing clean, oxygen-rich air.
These mosses contribute to a unique microclimate that supports respiratory health and promotes a calming atmosphere.
Breathing in this naturally filtered air can help lower cortisol levels, easing stress and fostering a sense of well-being.

Here comes yet another tax and burden to those in wales.

The levy begins, lets see how many pubs and shops survive the next few years, lets see a decent police force, smooth flat roads, new play parks.... or will council offices get a revamp and managers get a bonus and pay raises while they crush the economy

For those with horses and use hay nets....

Thought I would help sort some issues. Ever have the net on the floor and pushing wods in, tangles and twists and flops around, well a simple solution for you, a stand might become a handy aid for you?

Hook the nets at the top and push hay as you desire.

Local police

Dont worry, nothing to see here!!! Back on duty serving the community.

So I don't jump to conclusions, why was this guy even arrested, did he even harm or threaten the police officer or is a headlock for many seconds and punching someone clearly held down a but crazy.

To me, should be in jail, hes not in imminent danger, guy on the floor clearly cant harm him, headlock and hands trapped means he cant move so why punch him 9times. Then let off?

Who is it under arrest, some terrorists or knife, gun or just a guy having his kid taken and fake allegations from an ex, a twitter account called a copper dump... whats the actual story before I jump into conclusions court and police are literally corrupt

Some days, Wales feels like the rainforest’s wonderfully untidy Welsh cousin. 🌧️🌿

The rain is part of the magic, keeping Eryri (Snowdonia) lush, green and gloriously alive. And just when you think the clouds have settled in for the day, Welsh weather can change its mind: bringing out warm sunshine, dramatic skies and those unforgettable mountain sunsets. 🌄

The best bit? After the rain, the waterfalls really put on a show. Fuller, louder and wonderfully wild as they gush through the landscape. 💦

At Rhiw Goch Inn, rainy days are simply an invitation to slow down: warm drink in hand, a beautiful view through the window and proper waterproofs ready for the next adventure.

As they say here: Iechyd da, to green hills, rushing falls and sunshine between the showers!

Ready for a proper Welsh adventure? Traws Eryri is Cycling UK’s challenging, mainly off-road crossing of North Wales, linking Conwy, Gwydir Forest, Betws-y-Coed, Penmachno Bike Park, Llyn Trawsfynydd Reservoir, Coed y Brenin, Cadair Idris and Machynlleth.

Route variants and test rides may show different totals, so always check Cycling UK’s latest GPX file and route guide before setting off.

Cycling UK’s route information gives approximately 196 km (122 miles) and around 3,828 m (12,560 ft) of ascent. Most riders allow 3–4 days, depending on fitness, weather, stops and route conditions.

Expect steep climbs, forest tracks, rough and rocky sections, plus some quiet roads. Experienced riders describe it as demanding but hugely rewarding, with outstanding scenery. This is not a beginner route: it is not continuously waymarked, so GPS navigation is essential, along with a suitable mountain bike, wide tyres, low gearing and a backup map.

On the Llyn Trawsfynydd and Coed y Brenin section, Rhiw Goch Inn is close by and offers a welcoming base for riders planning their Eryri (Snowdonia) adventure.

Pob lwc : good luck, and enjoy every hard-earned view! 🚵‍♀️🏔️

Told we're always busy "Zipping" around.

Well we thought it would be funny to add something a little different.

Kids should be enjoying it more than Caroline but she makes her excuses to play

Its a little quicker than the usual play park so start off slowly testing it!!!!
