The right price from day one changes everything.

Not because buyers are not out there, they are. Not because your home is not lovely, it probably is. But because the first two weeks on the market are the most powerful window you have. The interest, the viewings, the competition between buyers - all of that happens at the start. Overprice and you miss it entirely.

I have seen beautifully presented homes sit for a year because the number was wrong. And I have seen properties generate four viewings in thirty minutes after a price correction that should have been made months earlier.
