Lime Rendering. Job to install a 2 coat lime render system with embedded render mesh in the scratch coat. Polished top coat to finish.

Lime Plastering. Full 3 coat lime plaster system used on these walls, with a polished finish.

Boarding/Plastering. Boarded all ceilings and walls of the new block extension, insulated the extension ceiling. Skimmed all boarded walls and ceilings.

Boarding/Plastering/Sand/Cement Render. Built pelmet on inside of opening. Plaster boarded the ceiling in the full building, apply Multifinish plaster finish. Apply 2 coat sand/cement render system to all internal and external walls, as well as fire place, with an embedded fibre render mesh in the scratch coat. Polished finish on the top coat.

Monocouche Rendering Job. Applied PVC render beads, applied Weber rend-aid base coat with embedded render mesh, then applied Weber Monocouche top coat render with a scratch finish.

Monocouche Rendering Job. The area which was to be rendered was mostly painted brick, so we started by using our specialist paint removal machine to clean up the brick work and provide a suitable subsrate for the new render. Applied PVC render beads, applied Weber rend-aid base coat with embedded render mesh, then applied Weber Monocouche top coat render with a scratch finish.

Brick work. Had a request to move this brick column/wall to make a bigger opening for the driveway. We removed the old brick column, removed part of the wall and then rebuilt with new bricks. We then had to concrete the footprint of the old wall/column to tie back into the driveway.

Monocouche Render. Job to reinstall some render after exisitng sand/cement render was failing, suffering from multiple cracks and de-laminating in places. We therefore removed the old render and paint on the subsrate before starting our install.Render was installed to the 1st/2nd floor at the front of the building, and 1st floor at the rear. The existing render on the rear of the property had 3 layers of old render on it, all of which had failed and needed removing. Once fully removed, we were faced with one of the worst backgrounds weve ever had to work with, having several different subsrate types and even more levels to work to.
This was a commercial property, we installed a new Weber Monocouche render system, with Weber rend-aid base coat with embedded render mesh, then Weber monocouche top coat with a scratch finish.

Monocouche Rendering Job. Applied PVC render beads, applied Weber rend-aid base coat with embedded render mesh, then applied Weber Monocouche top coat render with a scratch finish. Finsihed in my favourite Weber colour, 'Chalk'.

Stud Wall/Boarding/Plastering Job. Removed some damaged plasterboard from the upper area in Base Pizzeria in Marske, built a small stud wall next to the kitchen, boarded and skimmed.
