Our strategy involved installing 2 No new movement joints strategically, forming a robust defence against further cracking.

⚒Navigating the rear extension, the right flank saw us expertly rake out existing expansion joints, facilitating thermal movement. The application of Fosroc Nitoseal MS100, or equivalent, sealed the deal, ensuring resilience. Disturbed areas underwent careful restoration, echoing our commitment to structural excellence.

⚠The left flank received the same thoughtful treatment, with existing expansion joints addressed to mirror the right. Our dedication to quality restoration continued, leaving no corner untouched by our careful hands.

🚧Venturing into the internal ground floor extension, our journey of renewal unfolded. On the left, plaster removal, resin injection, and strategic replastering focused on areas highlighted in blue. Meanwhile, a parallel process on the right ensured a seamless blend of restoration and reinforcement.

✨ Our recent project swept through, introducing the Helifix (trading as Leviat) superhero, restoring structural integrity with flair.

What We Did:
Wielding the Helifix system, we danced laterally, distributing loads, and gracefully addressed existing cracks. HD Bow ties and Cem ties sealed the deal, linking external masonry to timber noggins and inner walls.

Every Detail Counts:
From 5 twin bands of Helibar 60 reinforcing the South West Elevation to intricate work in Flat 6 and Flat 2, our team wove precision and care.
