One of the most frequently asked questions we get is:

Can I live on a holiday park?

The simple answer is no.

Residential parks and holiday (or caravan parks), generally have difference licences when it come to residency.

A park which has a fully residential licence means you can live there, like any other property, as long as you meet that parks criteria.

On a holiday park, you are only able to use your holiday home for a certain number of months at a time, some are closed during the Christmas period, and you are not able to live there as your permanent home.
