A year in awards...
After many years of saying "I don't need recognition", I actually realised late in the game that I do.
Recognition helps to reinforce the positive self talk and to quieten down the negative self talk. It's also for those around us, our teams, our supporters and our families.
Having received a number of awards this year I reflect on what they mean...
All the hard work, all the unanswered phone calls, all the "no thanks" calls, emails and texts, all the hours planning and then problem solving and re-planning when something goes wrong !
As I look forward to the next awards (maybe) I want them to be client centred, based on fantastic service, great results and amazing experiences for those that I serve.
