H21 are seeking an assistant court manager to support with the day to day running of this retirement living court . The job involves managing rent accounts , supporting residents , dealing with repairs and generally being a helpful , thoughtful and effective face of housing 21.We would love to hear from those seeking a career change , especially from customer support or admin based roles . Training is available up to level 4 and it is expected that a level 3 qualification is completed once in post , this is a great place to start a housing career.

Cleaner required - 6 Month maternity leave cover
A cleaner is required at Mowbray Court in Melton Mowbray. We are a sheltered accommodation provider and need someone to help keep our communal areas clean and tidy for the residents.
The role is part-time, 12 hours per week and days/times can be negotiated with the successful candidate.
We are looking for a people person, who has experience working with elderly and/or vulnerable tenants.
A DBS check is required as part of the recruitment process.
