🏡 Leicestershire Property Market Update

The latest figures show that asking prices in Leicestershire are currently 0.3% lower than this time last year, reflecting a market where realistic pricing is becoming increasingly important.

Nationally, Rightmove* reports the average asking price has fallen by 0.6% this month – the largest June drop in 14 years – as sellers look to attract summer buyers.

Despite this, buyers remain active, with agreed sales levels broadly in line with last year and ahead of 2023 levels.

For sellers, this highlights the importance of getting your property valued and priced correctly from the outset. For buyers, it could present opportunities as more competitively priced homes come to the market.
