🏑 Leicestershire Property Market Update

The latest figures show that asking prices in Leicestershire are currently 0.3% lower than this time last year, reflecting a market where realistic pricing is becoming increasingly important.

Nationally, Rightmove* reports the average asking price has fallen by 0.6% this month – the largest June drop in 14 years – as sellers look to attract summer buyers.

Despite this, buyers remain active, with agreed sales levels broadly in line with last year and ahead of 2023 levels.
