First visit back to Merthyr to see one of our projects following a difficult December with unexpected damp issues and a burst pipe taking our progress back a few steps.

All looking good now with completion on the horizon and starting to plan for our next project… roll on 2023!

Just what we needed to read over breakfast, house prices in Merthyr have increased by over 34% since the start of the pandemic, putting it in the top 25 towns and cities that have risen in price.

HOUSE prices have risen by an extortionate 25 - or more - percent in some parts of the country since the start of the pandemic. Which areas have been affected the most?
