This week, the team carried out a fully chased occupied rewire - something that’s relatively rare for us and certainly not the easiest job to undertake.
The brief was simple, but challenging: rewire the entire property while the family remained living there, ensuring the house was left safe, clean and tidy at the end of each day so there was minimal disruption when the clients returned home from work and school.
The team delivered exactly that. 👏
We completed the 1st fix and 2nd fix installation over just 2 days, with a planned return visit once the new kitchen has been installed and the property has been fully plastered. This allows us to carry out a further inspection and test to ensure the installation remains safe and meets the required standards.
It’s not always the easiest hand we’ve been dealt, but we’re extremely proud of what the team achieved and, most importantly, how little disruption we caused to the family throughout the process.
