We Did It the Darlington Borough Council Darlington 10k 🏃

That’s our third 10K together, and I couldn’t be prouder of Scott Alexander Archer In just three 10Ks, he’s knocked 9 minutes off his time. His first 10K was 1 hour 10 minutes, and today he crossed the line in 1 hour 1 minute. That’s what consistency, hard work, and showing up can do. 👏🔥

As for me, I finished over 44 minutes just 1 minute off my personal best, averaging just over 7 minute miles. I’m not a club runner. I’m not a pro. I’m just a normal lad who loves keeping fit, pushing himself, and seeing what he’s capable of. Every race is another chance to improve, compete with myself, and enjoy the journey.

48 Minutes Personal Best Time to Beat It 🏃🔥

Running, battle ropes, press ups, bag work every session is building me into a stronger, faster version of myself.

PB is 48 minutes but I'm fitter and stronger than ever, and I'm coming for a new one.

The competition at Darlington 10k is unreal. The runners there are machines, and that's exactly why I love it. Surround yourself with the best and you're forced to level up.

This isn't just about fitness it's about discipline, confidence, and proving to myself what I'm capable of.
