My Last Boss 💪🔥

4 × 2 minute rounds with 1 minute rest. I used to avoid the bag work completely because I hated doing it after training I'd be f@! and couldn't move properly. One time I overdone it and I was sick!

But that's what hard work is. 💯👏

Now I look for ways to push myself instead of avoiding the uncomfortable parts. I build routines that challenge me, not just the ones I enjoy.

Still learning, still pushing 💪

Changing My Passion for Glory 🏃🔥

The work is being put in, and the next challenge is locked in. With the Great North Run coming up in September, I've got the Newcastle 10k, Middlesbrough 10k and the one I'm most excited for the Darlington 10K!

Darlington is personal. My PB is 46 minutes, and this year I'm going after it. I'm fitter, stronger, and more determined than ever. Running is simple just you, the road, and the mindset to keep pushing forward.

Time to see what I'm capable of. 💪🏃🔥

Wishing the Tartan Army all the very best from myself and Joseph Harris Estate Agents. I've grown up watching Scotland, from cheering them on with my dad as a kid to watching them at Hampden over the years.

We've been through the tough times, but this feels different. We have one of the best Scotland teams in years, and hopefully this is the time we finally make our mark and get beyond the group stages.

From start to finish, the AJ Bell Great North Run is an emotional journey ❤️

15 weeks today, l'll be back on that start line with my brother Scott Alexander Archer and Adam Carroll for their first Great North Run.

Last year I ran every step for my stepmum and this year I'm doing it again while raising money for Teesside Hospice. Crossing that finish line alongside 60,000 runners was something I'Il never forget, and I can't wait to be back doing it all again! 💪
