Six bedrooms. Two houses. One set of private gates.

The Vicarage & The Annexe is a stone-built estate just outside Billingham, and it was made for the kind of get-together where nobody has to drive home.

The main house sleeps everyone in comfort — a king with its own ensuite, two super kings and a room of three singles for the kids. The Annexe next door adds two more bedrooms, which is why it works so well when three generations come at once.

Ten beds. Four and a half bathrooms. Gardens you can lose the children in for an hour.
