💥NOT MY WORK 💥Got called to a house today as the owner was worried that her new consumer unit was not installed safely this is what met me upon arrival……. She was right to be worried..
thoughts anyone???????

Always make sure you use a registered competent electrical company that can test and certify their own work.
This isn’t just poor workmanship it’s completely unsafe!!!
It’s a TT systems, person who finds the most faults wins a toffee crisp🍫

Leakey washing machine (not installed by us) causing problems for this customer.
Years off Water damage to flooring, joists & kitchen units
✅leak located & fixed
✅Pipe work replaced & water tight
✅Damaged flooring removed
✅standing water drained & dried
✅Joists replaced, stabilised and ✅damp proofing checked
✅Kitchen unit & skirting replaced & fixed
✅Flooring replaced & relaid
⭐️All good as new and no more damp. ⭐️
