Do you love your job? YES I DO.. but..
Shall I tell you what gets under my skin the most, and I’m pretty sure every agent on this planet will agree with me?
You book a viewing.
You get a confirmation.
We check in with you on the day to make sure you’re still coming.
And guess what?
You don’t turn up because you forgot.

Meanwhile, the owners have spent time getting the house ready. They’ve tidied up, made arrangements, left the property, cancelled plans and generally moved their lives around because you booked an appointment.
And then you simply… don’t bother turning up.
Now here’s the really annoying bit.
It takes three seconds to pick up the phone and say:
“Sorry, I can’t make it.”
THREE. SECONDS.
Because when you don’t turn up, guess who gets the angry phone call?
US.
Guess who has to apologise to the owner?
US.
Guess who then has to rearrange the viewing?
US.
And somehow, we’re the ones who look like we’ve done something wrong.
Look, I get it. Life happens. Things come up. Plans change.
But not telling anyone and simply not turning up isn’t acceptable.
We’re dealing with people’s homes, their time and their lives, not booking a table at McDonald’s.
So, please…
Don’t be that person, be more like Richard 🫡😂😁
