Yesterday was a really special one 💜

I’ll be honest, it was a lot more than just meeting amazing women, eating delicious food or taking in the football atmosphere.

The night before I had a panic attack. On the journey there, I was trying to hold it together on my own. Even while I was there, I had moments where it all felt a bit overwhelming.
And when I got home… and even this morning… the emotions definitely caught up with me 🥹

But I still went. And I’m really glad I did 🙌

Spending the afternoon at the Emirates Stadium, surrounded by so many inspiring women, was genuinely uplifting 🫶

But what it’s shown me is that I’m not quite where I want to be yet, and that’s okay. I need to take my time, but also keep gently pushing myself forward.

It’s not always easy. But yesterday felt like a step in the right direction ✨

It was a once in a lifetime opportunity, and I’m so grateful to be part of 2026 🙏

A mix of nerves and excitement for tomorrow ⚽✨

It’s been a while since I’ve been out without the support of my partner, so it feels like a huge step to be taking 🥹 But I know I'm going to be surrounded by amazing women, which makes getting in the car that little bit easier ✨️

Partner is gutted he's not allowed to come though, being an Arsenal fan! But I’ll be soaking it all up for the both of us 🫶

Hoping for a great game and a really positive afternoon 💜

Feeling incredibly excited (and grateful) to be attending such a special event this weekend! ⚽✨

I’ll be joining an amazing group of female entrepreneurs at Small Business Britain and Starling Bank’s event at Emirates Stadium celebrating the incredible women featured in the 2026 and hearing insights from the latest Female Entrepreneur research.

An afternoon of networking, inspiration, and then watching Arsenal Women vs Tottenham Hotspur Women… what more could you ask for? 🙌

This one isn’t easy for us.

We’ve always been wired to chase perfection... refining, improving, pushing until everything feels "just right". It’s how we’ve operated for years.

So accepting that not everything needs to be perfect… that sometimes “good enough” or simply “done” is the better move… that’s a real shift.

It doesn’t come naturally.
But it’s necessary.

Because growth doesn’t come from perfection. It comes from progress, consistency and knowing when to let go.

Still a work in progress… and that’s OK 🙏

The supported living sector is one we care deeply about ❤️🏘️

Every day, we see people who genuinely need safe, comfortable homes, proper support and someone looking out for them. That’s why we do what we do: to make a real difference.

But it’s frustrating… because there’s always someone out there trying to cut corners, take advantage or cheat the system. That doesn’t sit right with us. Not then, not ever.

Our goal is simple: put people first, deliver properly and ensure every decision is in their best interest.

This isn’t just property. It’s people’s lives. And that’s not something we compromise on

We've learnt something really important this week... not every “good deal” is actually a good deal.

Sometimes the smartest move you can make… is walking away 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️

It’s easy to get caught up in the numbers, the potential, or the fear of missing ou, but the deals you don’t do can protect your time, your money and your long-term success just as much as the ones you do.

Due diligence had a huge part to play in this. Check everything. Question everything. And never rush a decision.

Because in this business, discipline beats impulse every time.
