we are looking for - Property Letting Manager
Professionally dealing with clients and customers in all aspects of lettings, including market appraisals and negotiation.
Responsibilities
Efficient and smooth running the letting process for a portfolio of properties.
Active management of let properties
Liaise with locally appointed estate agents to resolve queries and issues
Maintenance of online advertising of properties
Manage tenant move-ins and handover process including inventory
Communicate with landlords, tenants and contractors regarding repairs and property
maintenance works, including tenant emergencies
Carryout out periodic property inspection visits and report feedback to landlords
Ensure timely rent collections
Ensure all regulatory and legal compliances (Update EPC, Gas Safety and ECIR property
inspection)
Undertake tenancy renewals
Liaise with tenant and landlord following the end of tenancy
Resolving Landlord and Tenant enquiries
Assist with Sales department admin tasks when required
Other ad hoc tasks as required
Require
Previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience
Experience dealing with HMO preferred
Target driven with a proven track record of achievement
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Display high standards of service and presentation
Good organisational and communication skills
A full driving licence
Insured for business use
Legal right to work in the UK
ARLA/NFoPP qualification would be advantageous
