We viewed a bungalow this week. Outdated but clearly cared for.

It's not one we'll be taking forward, but it was a good reminder.

Even when the numbers don't stack, you can still respect the care that's gone into a home.

This viewing gave us some fantastic opportunities. Our offer went in ....and rejected. We juggled our figures and tried again. The offer has been left on the table but we wont go higher as it will fall outside what stacks.

We are so grateful as we have a contact with the HMO officer and a builder who has a great eye. We habe learned a lot about what can be done. What to look out fornand what is to be avoided. No matter what this is a huuuge step forward. 🙌

Every step forward brings its lessons and we will keep sharing them

What happened today. Well I had 2 viewings, spoke to a lovely old man about his roses and memories of his wife, met the builder, trained all day and had a Mastermind call.

All the while surrounding myself with some of the most amazing people I know and have the pleasure to call friends and colleagues
