Looking back on one of our favourite sales from earlier this year…
This wonderful three-bedroom home in Shenley Church End had been one, Ben, our sales manager, had been working on with the owners for almost a year. Together, they carefully planned the right time to bring it to the market, as they wanted to wait until they had found their dream home before launching the property.
Having arranged for the marketing photography to be taken earlier in the year, while the garden was full of colour and the sun was shining, we were able to showcase the property at its very best.
The response was incredible. We received a huge amount of interest as soon as the property launched, with enquiries from both new buyers and clients already registered with us who were specifically looking in this sought-after location. Within the first week, we had received multiple offers, giving the owners the opportunity to choose the buyer that was right for them. They were delighted to accept an offer over the asking price.
The sale has now completed, and we’re so pleased for both our sellers as they begin the next chapter in their dream home, and for the buyers who are now enjoying this fantastic property.
