A little preview from today's shoot for Wilcock & Co 🏡✨

This stunning new build enjoys an elevated position in Scapegoat Hill with panoramic views across the Colne Valley and surrounding countryside.

The external works are still being completed, so we're holding off on the video content for now, but I couldn't resist sharing a few favourites from inside.

Looking forward to returning once everything is finished and showcasing the property in full 💚

Spent the afternoon surrounded by all this beautiful Yorkshire stone and honestly couldn’t help but picture one day it becoming part of somebody’s dream home 🏡

What started as an idea around EPCs and property consultancy is already starting to grow into drone footage, content creation, walkthrough videos and some really exciting collaborations with local businesses and estate agents...

Next week is already looking like a busy one and I can’t wait to start sharing more 💚

Really proud to finally have my website live 💚

A few months ago I’d never built a website before, so creating this alongside studying, launching HR Property Consultancy and moving house has definitely been a learning curve 😂

After being in the property industry since I was 17, HR Property Consultancy was created to bring together my experience in estate agency, property marketing and energy assessment to offer EPCs, property marketing and pre-marketing support for homeowners, landlords and estate agents across West Yorkshire.

It’s really nice to finally have a website that reflects the direction I want the business to grow in.

Excited to keep building the business and very grateful to everybody who has supported, shared and recommended me so far 💚

A challenging angle with the surrounding trees, but still captured to highlight the character and setting, finished with a dusk edit to give it that premium feel.

Back at it 💚

It’s been a bit quiet on here the last couple of weeks with moving house (never again 😅), but I’ve been busy behind the scenes getting everything up and running.

Last week I carried out my first EPCs and my first property photography shoot, which felt great to finally be out doing what I’ve been working towards 🙌

Just a few final touches at the office and on the website, which I’m really excited to share soon.

I’ve now PASSED my Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor training 👏

I’m just awaiting final registration, but this means I’ll soon be able to support both the marketing of a property and the compliance side, including EPCs and guidance around improving energy efficiency 🍃

For sellers, landlords and agents, it means:
• fewer appointments
• less back and forth
• everything handled in one place

I’m building this properly, and I’m really looking forward to putting it into practice!

Slowly bringing the office space together ✨

Between studying, planning and getting the workspace ready, the last few weeks have been busy behind the scenes. I’ve always been interested in how small details in a space, lighting, texture and colour can completely change how a room feels 💚

It’s exactly the same when preparing a property for sale or helping people understand their homes better.

I’ve now passed my EPC course and I’m moving on to the Retrofit Assessor side of the training, which I’m really excited to learn more about. Part of the course is government funded, which really highlights how much focus there will be on improving the energy efficiency of homes over the coming years 🏡

Still a work in progress, but it’s starting to come together 💚

Evening everyone! 💚

After working in the property industry since 2012...I kept noticing how quickly everything moves once someone decides to sell.

Photo’s get booked, an EPC gets arranged and suddenly the property is online, often without much time to step back and prepare first.

That’s why I created HR Property Consultancy, bringing my experience in property combining it with Energy and Marketing to support this stage of the journey.

Excited to share more about the full services I will be offering with you!
