The practice is headed by Managing Director David Powell who is a well-established name in the rural property sector. David formerly worked for a national firm of Rural Chartered Surveyors prior to establishing Powells in 2011. David Powell was born and raised in Monmouthshire and is a former graduate of the University of Wales, Aberystwyth and Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. David is a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuer’s (CAAV). The Powells team includes fellow Director Sally Powell and Practice Manager Sally Richardson who support the principal professional team of Julie Jenkins (Consultant – Property & Land Management), Stuart Leaver (Associate Director – Head of Planning & Land Promotion), Emily Hammick (Land & Planning Manager), Christopher Taylor (Sales Manager), Lucy Hodges (Senior Sales Negotiator), Sophie Pilot (Senior Sales Negotiator), David Russell (Land & Property Agent) and Owen Fry (Associate Director - Planning Consultancy).
