We welcomed a new addition to the farm a few weeks ago. Meet Lottie, she is a long-haired miniature dachshund. She’s already earning her keep helping with laundry 🧺.

8 years today, Glenskinno Steadings welcomed our first guests. What a success it’s been as we’ve added several more lets over the years. Thank you for the continue support 🥂🍾💪🏻.

Some new garden furniture at the Steading, sadly summer is yet to arrive 🤦🏻‍♂️.

Lovely surprise in the post today. It will be 8 years in August since we started letting holiday houses on the farm and we’ve welcomed so many since then. This isn’t totally new for us, my great grandmother let the farmhouse in summers after being widowed in her 30s and during particularly difficult farming times leaving her options limited.

A rare night the steading is empty. Perfect chance to do some weeding and cut the grass. A beautiful day and perfect blue skies looking over to the basin and Montrose.
