CL Workspace offers newly refurbished serviced offices with onsite parking all within easy reach of the surrounding areas of RCT. Our facility is designed to cater for a mixture of business with the advantage of us being able to offer flexible terms, starting from £150 per calendar month.

We are also able to offer competitive office furniture packages to support our new tenants on their exciting journey.

For a limited period we will be offering furniture in the last 2 remaining offices at CL workspace whilst you are a tenant. One of our offices offers space for 2 desks and the other 4 desks/storage. Come and have a look at our new premises and have no worries about long term leases as we offer 30 day all inclusive licences on offices.

Additionally you have a breakout area and kitchen facilities.

A big welcome to Carl who has moved into CL Workspace. Carl is a wedding photographer and was working from home but needed his own quiet space for editing and storage for his equipment. Our offices provided him with both of his needs plus the added security to go with it.

Carl looked at other sites locally and chose us, so thank you.

Our tenants have said they are impressed with the new quality, space and security it offers them along with visitor parking.
